Our hearts are filled with gratitude in the loving way you helped us get through the ordeal of losing our beloved Sophie. You were there through all those days, after we took Sophie to the emergency vets, deciding what was best for our Sophie. We were fortunate to be able to give her one week in Northern Wisconsin being an only dog with us. We were blessed that she died, peacefully at home, with her human mommy and daddy at her side loving her. Later that afternoon, when we came to you with our little Sophie, you treated us and our little one with love and caring. You have brought comfort to our hearts and made an impression that will last forever. Thank you for your kindness.

I wanted to thank you and Peaceful Pets for the gracious and caring way you handled the passing of our german shepherd, Sherman in July. It was a difficult day for us but the way your son handled the pick up meant a lot and softened the pain. He showed total respect and offered meaningful comfort to us. Peaceful Pets, and especially Kim are just wonderful. It was only a short time ago that we had to put our beloved kitty Barney to sleep. My wife and I cried and cried at the thought of losing Barney. Now less than 6 months later, our little Chauncy, who we loved from the first day we saw him at the Humane Society had to be put to sleep. He brought us so much happiness and love. It is hard to believe that we can't hug and put our head next to him anymore. I knew as I did the first time I called Peaceful Pets, that he would be treated with love and dignity as Barney was. We have a beautiful urn with each kitty's remains which we will cherish forever.

I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being there for us at a very sad and difficult time for us. You always understood when I would call about what we were going through. The day I did have to make the call you were caring and you came and picked Barney up at the vet in less than an hours time. You treated him with the dignity he deserved and we will always be grateful for that. We picked his ashes up in a beautiful urn, which I had picked out earlier. I recently lost a very special canine companion. Through my vet you provided the cremation for me. This is never an easy experience but Shadow's passing has been especially difficult for me. When her ashes were returned to me I was not coping well and as a result I did not look inside the bag the vet gave me. It took me over two weeks but a few days ago I opened the bag so I could place her ashes with those of my other deceased pets. What I found in a small white box quite literally touched my heart. I have to let you know how precious those gifts are, her paw imprint and the tuft of fur. I know I will mourn her passing for a long time. Tears come often when I think of her, I miss her so very much. But a smile also comes across my face when I see her paw imprint hanging below her picture.

We thank you for your sensitivity and professional expertise upon the death of our dog Bailey. Bailey was a Hurricane Katrina survivor whom we adopted four and one half years ago. He was our constant companion, beloved by us, by our family and by everyone in the neighborhood. His death, though expected, was deeply felt by us and our other dog Rocky.
The care you gave Bailey's body upon coming to our home, transporting him for cremation and helping us through the process was beyond our expectations.
